Issue #001··Gratitude

Thank someone who helped you

This week, reach out to someone who made your path easier.

Most relationships do not fade because something dramatic happens. They fade because nobody sends the next message.

This week's prompt is simple: think of someone who made your path a little easier. Maybe they gave you advice, made an introduction, encouraged you, taught you something, or showed up when it mattered. They may have no idea you still remember.

So this week, tell them. Use your judgment. Not every relationship needs to be reopened.

“Feeling gratitude and not expressing it is like wrapping a present and not giving it.”
— William Arthur Ward
The Reconnect Prompt

Reach out to someone who helped you in the past.

Choose one person whose small (or large) act of help you still think about. It doesn’t need to be recent. This isn’t a favor request. It’s appreciation.

What to send
Hey [Name], I was thinking about you today and realized I never properly thanked you for [specific thing]. That really helped me, and I still appreciate it. Hope you’ve been doing well.
The Small Action

Send one appreciation message before Friday

  1. Pick one specific person
  2. Draft two sentences — specific and true
  3. Send it. No favor. No pitch. Just appreciation.
Tap once you’ve sent your message. Anonymous — just adds one to the human count.
Closing question

Who made your life a little easier, but probably never heard how much it mattered?
